What is Supervised Child Monitoring?

Our Supervised Child Monitors provide safe environments for children and help parents to keep the lines of communication open and clear.  MVRAS is an active neutral third party, meaning: “We Do Not Pick Sides or Determine which parent, Custodial or Noncustodial, is right in a Family Court Custody Case.”  We will never discuss the merits of a Family Court Case with Children or Parents during a supervised child visitation.  (Please Note: we will not allow either Parent to discuss the merits of their Court Case with Children during a supervised child visitation).  We are governed by the California Rules of Court and Family Codes of Conduct: 3200 and 3200.5, which states, “Any standards for supervised visitation providers adopted by the Judicial Council pursuant to Section 3200 shall conform to this section.  A provider, as described in Section 3200, shall be a professional provider or nonprofessional provider.”  Currently MVRAS is on the Orange County Court List of Professional Visitation Monitors and we follow all Court, County, State and Federal laws and legal stipulations.
